Converter Mictor38 to PolarFire® SoC Kits

Converter from a Mictor38 connector to
the Raspberry Pi™ style 40-pin GPIO header
of a PolarFire® evaluation board for tracing.
The converter does not connect any debug pins.
This converter can be used to connect an AutoFocus-II preprocessor to
Microchip's evaluation boards "PolarFire® SoC FPGA Icicle Kit" and
"PolarFire® SoC Discovery Kit" to trace the included RISC-V cores
by SiFive (E51 and U54) via an E-Trace like trace protocol.
