AUTO26 Debug Probe with debug license
to debug Cortex-M cores and SecurCore SC000/SC300,
via JTAG, cJTAG (IEEE 1149.7), or Serial Wire Debug (SWD).
We recommend ordering the IDC20A Debug Probe LA-3254 instead
(for Cortex-M based SoCs) because
IDC20A supports a wider voltage range for the debug signals, and
IDC20A supports a wider range of subcore architectures.
Includes licenses to debug and trace
Cortex-M cores and SecurCore SC000/SC300,
as well as debug GTM and IPU cores.
Includes TRACE32 software for Windows, Linux and macOS
on DVD or via download.
Requires TRACE32 R.2022.09-SP2 or newer.
Requires any PowerDebug with USB 2/USB 3/Ethernet and newer.
(Not supported with LA-7702 and LA-7704)
Voltage range 1.8V to 5.0V.
